Dear Crafter,
Our 37th annual Arts and Crafts Fair will be held Saturday July 2, 2011 and Sunday July 3, 2011. Show hours are Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Ř The booth fee is $45.00 for an 8’ x 8’ inside or a 10’ x 10’ outside space. A few double-spaces available for $90.00. Inside spaces are limited.
Ř A few tables of various sizes are available for a $5.00 rental fee.
Ř Name badges/buttons are $1.00 each. Please provide list of names needed.
Ř Set up times are Friday, July 2, 2010 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 3, 2010 from 7:30 a.m. to opening of show.
Ř You may make copies of the poster located at http://wisudg.com/crafts.htm and post them as you wish.
You must provide your own props, tools, table covers, display boards, seats and tables etc.
You will be the salesperson for your own “market space” and assume
all risks of accident or losses to your products,
yourselves or family members. The building will be locked each night, but no guard will be on duty.
Please note some spaces are outside so plan accordingly.
The show is limited to arts and crafts produced by
the vendors or their
family members. (No flea
market/commercial items please.) Taxes
and licenses (if needed) are the responsibility of each vendor.
